Wanted: Fraternity of Assassins

I don't know if I've ever been really excited about a movie as much as I am about this movie. It's called "Wanted" and it has the stunning, sultry and seductive Angelina Jolie doing what only Angelina Jolie knows how to do: kick everyones ass will looking like a goddess. Not to mention it has the subliminal undertones that strokes every mans hero fantasy: Dorky, good-for-nothing loser is chosen by the hottest babe in the Trifecta because it's his destiny to become the behind-the-scenes superhero of mankind. Enough of my blathering, take a look at this trailer:

Andy's (Infamous) Salsa

6-8	Roma tomatoes – medium size
2-4	Jalapeño peppers  (more or less to taste)
1-2	Habanera peppers (Only if you like it really spicy.)  However, it adds a unique flavor that's highly preferred.
1	Garlic clove
3-5 Tbsp.	Lime juice
1-1½ Tbsp	Salt
	A grip of Cilantro or more (usually 8-10 sprigs)
	A slice of Onion (about half an Orange slice)

Blend everything EXCEPT the tomatoes in a food processor, chop it up by hand or hand mixer or whatever.  Add the tomatoes last to control the texture.  You don't want a salsa too runny... or maybe you do.  Serve and enjoy.

 

** It is always better after it's been refrigerated over night.
